Refund policy

Everything we sell on this site is printed on demand just for you! As such, we can't offer exchanges, but we do allow returns -- and in the EU it is a legal right within certain parameters -- but it is a bit of a process. To avoid hassle and waste, please check the size guide to ensure that you order a garment that fits! Also keep in mind that, like most items of clothing, the ones we sell may shrink a bit in the dryer.

Damages and Defects
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at store@strongsongspodcast.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will try to make it right with a refund or replacement asap!

Cancellations (all regions including EU)
You may cancel your order until it has been fulfilled by our print on demand partner. This usually just takes a few hours. After that, your item is already on its way to you and cannot be cancelled as such, so you'll need to request a return instead (see below).

Returns (all regions including EU)
You may return your order within 14 days starting from delivery of the last item on the order. In the EU, it is a legal right to do this for any reason and without a justification. We ask that the item be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase. Items must be sent back (postmarked) within 14 days of your return request. You must bear the return shipping cost. Request a return via your customer account.

Refunds
A refund will be issued if the return meets all return requirements listed above. Refunds are made to the original method of payment within 14 days of when we receive the parcel. After that, your bank or credit card company may also take several days to process and post the refund to your account.
